Referrals and Imaging Maps
Hi everyone. Please use the map we created with icons indicating specialty referral locations and imaging centers that we use. Click on an icon to see useful information associated with each location. To make the map larger, click the icon in the upper-right corner of the map. To view locations by specialty or imaging center, click the box next to the one you want.
Just FYI, there are over 170 data points on these maps, and each contains a significant amount of information. We do try to update the information regularly, but it may have changed. If you discover that the information you are being quoted is not the same as we have on our map, please let us know, so we can call the facility to verify any new rates or policies and update the map, if needed.
